Excellent Central Stay

My room had a comfortable bed. The included breakfast provided a great variety of options to start the day. The front desk staff was always friendly and ready to assist. I found the location very convenient for accessing various attractions.
The air conditioning did not seem to work. I had to keep the window open to maintain a comfortable room temperature. This resulted in increased street noise during the night.

The rooms are older but very clean. they are well kept with a large bathroom! the bed was very comfortable. the morning breakfast was delicious. Helene goes above and beyond to provide a great morning buffet. she ensures you have anything you need.
the safe didn't work! i attempted several times with no luck.

The hotel is near many restaurants. There are an abundance of restaurants right by it! the hotel is close to the batobus stop. it is easy to walk to most tourist spots around.

The location was REALLY convenient for seeing main attractions.
The shower was broken. The main pipe kept falling off the wall whenever I tried to adjust the shower head down. I reported it, but no one helped or fixed it. the phone in my room did NOT work, so I couldn't call the front desk.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the Louvre. There were also many restaurants nearby, very convenient. Staff helped us store luggage before check-in and after check-out, and that was very helpful. The room was a good size for a European hotel. The bed was comfortable too.
The hotel did not turn on the air conditioning. Sleeping with the windows open let in a lot of street noise at night.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices each morning. The staff member, Helene, was attentive. She made sure guests had everything they needed. There was always fresh fruit available and several hot dishes, restocked regularly.

The front desk staff were consistently friendly and available to help. They gave directions to local attractions and were happy to make restaurant recommendations. The team also arranged for a taxi to the airport on the day of departure.

The hotel is close to many historical sites, it is also close to the Louvre. Many coffee shops are nearby, this makes morning coffee very easy! The metro station is also a short walk, it provides easy access to other parts of the city.

a fine stay near the louvre

the location was great for seeing the sites. i could walk to many attractions. the staff was very kind and always helped me get transfers when i needed it.
i found the hotel does not look like its photos online. the outside looked a bit old. also the breakfast offered very few options after 8 am. it seemed i needed to be early to get any hot food.
